We are looking for web/graphic designers with a combination of
strong HTML and CSS abilities and excellent graphic design skills to
work with us in developing cutting edge websites and Flash content.
The ideal candidate will be a hardworking team player, with
exceptional graphic design and Flash skills.
Your responsibilities will include :
* Design appealing and usable websites with or without Flash content
* Integrate new design elements in existing websites
* Individually or work with other members to develop solutions to a
variety of design-related projects
Requirements :
* Strong knowledge of basic design principles: page layout,
typography, color theory as it applies to the web
* Expert-level experience in coding CSS, HTML, DHTML and JavaScript

SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS

Description :
We are looking for skilled software developers that provide
technical leadership for a mixed-level group of software developers
working with the latest technologies. The ideal candidate will have
a strong technical background with hands on development experience
programming in multiple graphical and web-based development
environments and will have a track record of successful on time
delivery as an individual contributor and as a leader. At least 50%
of the software development manager’s time will be devoted to
hands-on development.
Your responsibilities will include :
* Actively lead (by example) and manage multiple teams of developers
including developing, motivating, mentoring and retaining team
members.
* Manage the complete development cycle for multiple products,
including design, development, debugging, and implementation.
* Estimate and manage development effort required for projects and
adhere to established release schedules.
* Review designs of other programmers for efficiency and adherence
to coding, quality, functionality, performance, scalability and
on-time delivery standards.
* Effectively communicate with non-technical personnel regarding
technical issues.
